I couldn't believe we had to deal with a loud rooftop party blasting disco music until 1 am! When I complained, they offered me a room change, but it was such a hassle to pack up at that hour.

Excellent location close enough to midtown as well as the main public restaurant, 10 min walk to train station.

The staff was very very helpful and top-class and the restaurant served brilliant meals. Magnificent location in New York, so close to midtown, and the main public restaurant. For shots visit Park Avenue Tavern, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Grayson, thanks to its fantastic location near Bryant Park. The hotel was tidy, and my room was immaculate throughout my visit. The rooftop bar was a lovely spot to unwind, and I enjoyed fresh and delicious morning coffee each day. The staff were not only friendly but also helpful. Plus, having a restaurant on-site that offers quick meals for breakfast and lunch was a huge bonus!
N/A 🙂.

The breakfast was delicious, especially the pancakes! The rooftop bar offered stunning views, and the clean, modern rooms were a delight despite their small size. Would definitely return!

Decent sized and reasonably large rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating, a personal safe and pay TV. Decent views over city. Public parking nearby provided:)))

I had a wonderful experience at Grayson. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Bryant Park and other attractions. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help, making my stay nice. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar, which offered amazing views, and the breakfast options were quite satisfying, with both a buffet and a full menu to choose from.
Room size too small 🥴, elevator slow, no fridge.

The hotel is super conveniently located, just a stone's throw from Bryant Park, which made exploring the city a breeze! My room had an unexpected Empire view, and I loved the rooftop bar-what a vibe for New Year's! Bonus points for cleanliness, too; that was a nice touch!
Sadly, the check-in experience was a real letdown. The front desk staff could've been way friendlier, and my room wasn’t as fresh as I expected. Plus, the noisy air conditioning kept me up—felt like I was on a plane all night. charging for bottled water felt pretty cheap for a hotel at this price. Disappointing overall!

Really loved the huge, comfy beds and the epic rooftop bar with views of the Empire State Building. Our room was surprisingly spacious for NYC, and those plush robes.
I could've knitted a sweater before getting to the lobby.

Decent Stay for a Family Vacation
Our family enjoyed our stay, despite a few hiccups. The room was modern and clean, though small. Staff were friendly, but our initial room lacked sunlight. Make sure to confirm your room specifications before arrival. We learned that the hard way. A pleasant experience.
